We looked and found these options

We understand once you receive your artwork, you will look for framing options that are affordable and will preserve the art for a lifetime. We did that little bit of research for you and found that most of our small and medium sized artwork (up until the 36 inches x 24 inches dimensions) are covered with pre-made retail ready frames available with Ikea and Michaels. These are cost-friendly and sturdy frames that will do a good job for hanging your piece of art.

Larger paintings generally require custom framing solutions that are available at Michaels or other retailers and local framers. There are various options one can consider depending upon the material and designs offered and the cost can vary based on that. Here are a few things to keep in mind while setting up your art for custom framing.

Returns Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (support@kalaalaya.com) with your order number and evidence of the item’s condition.
Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunds.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same artwork, send us an email at our support address (support@kalaalaya.com) with photographic evidence of the damage.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made pieces or special orders. We also do not accept returns for artwork that has been altered or damaged after delivery.

Materials Used: We utilize high-quality, acid-free archival paper to wrap the painting initially. The painting is gently rolled into the paper, ensuring no pressure is applied that could damage the paint or canvas.

Tubes: Each rolled painting is placed into a heavy-duty, rigid tube designed specifically for art transport. These tubes are chosen for their durability and resistance to crushing, ensuring the artwork remains secure and intact throughout its journey.

Additional Protection: Within the tube, we add soft, non-abrasive materials at both ends to prevent the artwork from shifting during transit. The ends of the tube are securely sealed with heavy-duty caps that are taped for extra security.

Labeling: Each package is clearly labeled with "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" notices to alert handlers of the precious cargo within.
